Wow, I get off for awhile and do some things and look at all I've missed! It takes awhile to catch up!!!! LOL No seriously, this is awesome! Seems like everyone is dealing with their own demons and reasons why we have ended up this way, but it will all get better from here on in! I can hardly wait to leave all the baggage behind ... and a few extra pounds, lol:)! It seems we can all move forward together and support one another and that is just such a blessing! :clap2:

Brez1015, Yeah, seems we do live fairly close! My surgery is next Monday, July 9th, but my mom just started her process also and is waiting the 6 months. She is just starting to get her appointments scheduled for the sleep study, nutrionist, psych evaluation, etc. So keep us posted as to how everything is going. Best wishes!

dmtjet, I know I'm not allowed in the pool or a bath for 2 weeks, but ask your Dr. I didn't think I could take a shower for 3 days, but that's where I'm headed right now because they said I could shower today I am so proud of you!!!! You are an amazing lady! You'll keep us all optimistic and on the upbeat!!!!! Thanks for being so sweet! It is soooo nice to hear that you are doing so well!

I packed on 80 pounds with Paxil. The weight goes on sooooo easy, but not off the same way! It has been a long road! I am hoping when I get this band next Monday that will all be behind me!!!!! Now if I can just master this pre-op diet!!!! YIKES:faint:

It seems soooo hard to know what will cause problems and what won't. I hadn't heard any of this before, so it is an eye opener! Tylenol only for me! Can that be taken whole and what about time release capsules?
