You are doing great. Remember a lost is still a lost and everybody's body is different. As far as calories you should speak to your doctor on what your goal should be. My doctor made it priority that I eat Protein first' date=' lots of Water and my Vitamins. She said have 3 meals and 1 snack if needed. And never eat and drink so I can stay fuller longer. I can say some days I knock it out of the park with all 3 and other days I fall short with the Protein or the liquids. Good luck my friend.[/quote']Thank you for the advise. I have a june 3 surgery date. Starting weight 311. Today Im down 50lbs. I feel like Im loosing too slow. Im working out three days a week. Im eating ok . I am up to 1200 calories which I dont know if thats good or not.

Im 50. 11 weeks out and have lost 46 pounds so far. Working out three days a week and "trying" to eat healthier.

Im week 11. Started at 311pounds Im down 46 lbs now. Working out 3 days a week. Just so glad to be losing. Rj thanks for encouraging us all.
