  2. Hiya, well I just weighed myself and I've lost 4lbs this week. So that's the 3 I gained plus 1. Something tells me that this is not the infamous 3 week stall and more of a female fluid retention wobble. However, I am now at 3 weeks, soooooo watch this space.....
  3. If they're anything like I was they probably don't feel like doing anything right now. I had my laptop with me and didn't touch it. I also ignored my kindle and my phone.

    Well, in the past week I have managed to lose the 3lbs I gained. This leads me to believe that this was not the infamous stall but a female fluid retention wobble.

    Um, not sure cardio exercises are wise just 3 weeks out of surgery.... Your stomach won't have healed yet. Maybe I'm wrong but I wouldn't attempt anything too strenuous until the 6 week mark. Besides, on such a life calorie intake I just don't have the energy. Just walking for me.

    Oh I know. That's what makes my literature so funny. You can have anything you can suck up a straw but how can you test that when you're not allowed to do it! Lol!

    Cheers hun, much appreciated. Yeah, haven't had any pain yet. Some slight discomfort if I sip too fast but that's only happened a couple of times.

    Thank God I found this thread. I lost 20lbs in the first 2 weeks but the very next day I'd gained 3lbs. Over the last 3 days I've been bobbing up and down by about a pound. This is frustrating and confusing. What happened to calories in vs calories out? I walked 90 minutes yesterday and only had about 20g protein and this morning I'd bobbed back up again. Aaaaaarrrrrrggggghhhh!
