  4. Sorry for the late post! I have gained 2 pounds on the scale but do not think it is real. Not possible LOL. So technically I am 228 but I think without water weight gain I am still 226.
  5. Welcome and congratulations on your decision
  6. 44 pounds gone in 2 months is a wonderful thing to brag about!! I am so happy for you!
  7. Welcome aboard! It sounds like you know why you overeat and are addressing it before you get your surgery. I think that will help you post op. If anything you can come here and look up answers to questions or ask the experts I am also still preop but coming here has helped me along far more than I could have asked for. Best of luck to you.

  9. Thank you both I should have reacted differently today instead of getting so upset. My husband said "at least it is only one more month, it could be the whole 6 again." So I should just be happy with the time already served LOL.
  10. I went to my Dr today thinking it was my 6th weight in only to have his office call me later to tell me it was only my 5th appointment and August did not count. I have read other posts of this happening and I always thought "They must be really upset and disappointed." Now I am upset and disappointed. I know it will happen eventually, I have to keep jumping through those hoops, but it is still upsetting.

  14. I just wanted to update you on the shakes- I have been drinking the UNJURY with unsweetened almond milk and it is so good. I used my second packet of strawberry with the almond milk and it was delicious. My jar of plain, Chocolate Splendor and the chewable vitamins came today. I want a jar of vanilla now too.
  15. I bought the sample packs too and UNJURY is by far the best protein drink I have ever had. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk and it is delicious.
  16. Perfect hour glass figure on its way for you!
  17. That is horrible and completely unfair! I hope they somehow fix this for you, either have a substitute or something by phone. Please keep your chin up, I hope this all works out for you soon.
  18. Good luck!! I hope everything goes smoothly. (Your surgery is on my birthday )
  19. Whoo Hooo!! The best of luck to you, have a safe surgery and speedy recovery
  20. Start weight- 233 Current weight- 231 Goal- 12 pounds lost 10 pounds to go
  21. Your face has changed so much! That is a great video, thank you for sharing
  22. I wish you a speedy recovery! My goodness, it sounds awful. I read somewhere that coconut oil is high in fat and calories and a couple tablespoons a day can really help boost calories. If you are week and dizzy from eating too little or not enough calories it might be worth a try. Ask your Dr or NUT first, maybe. Good luck in 2014!!
