I have no restrictions but I don't like popcorn..

Even though you feel better from the surgery your body is still learning to adjust to your new intake. You will get better watch your Vitamins and follow the docs instructions you will get better.

I don't really track what I eat but my problem was quantity of food not really bad food. For instance I love lean meats and vegetables but if I eat a ton it packed it on. Now I have lost 100lbs and at goal. I did have a low bmi (37) now I'm well within normal bmi. My doc wants me to loose another 10 lbs for his goal. But I'm happy where I am.
