  1. Good luck.. you'll do great. And fyi my kids, 16 & 11, took such good care of the house and me.. they felt special to be able to help me so much. They'll do great too
  2. I don't regret it... ever. It's been so much easier and so much harder all att the same time. I have some type of bug right now and was throwing up earlier. .. sigh.. the only difference for me is before sleeve throwing up sucked. Now its kinda scarry. And believe me the constipation thing is very real! I was sleeved 10/21 and still in the learning prosses. It takes time. Sometimes I too get mad when my body is hungry or thirsty but I just can't get anything else down. But it's honestly the very best thing I could have done for myself and my family and I feel blessed everyday to have been given this gift and blessed to have the support from the folks on this forum. Good luck
  3. Omg I was excited to start this today (better late than never) but I caught some kind of bug and have been wretching instead. The way my abs feel it feels like I did about 150 crunches... poor me
  4. Thank you so much. I appreciate your kind words
  5. Congratulations! !! Good for you
  6. Whell, how much are you eating?
  7. I never find these challenges until way late! I'm starting tomorrow (as it's just about 11pm)
  8. Soo embarrassing! Between my stomach having it's own microphone at times and the hiccups I'm like a walking body-noises embarrassment
  9. Ok.. so do you just do one or do you do it like 3 Times or something?
  10. Arg!!! I just found this thread but I want to play! Just did first plank.. 21s.. hmmm
  11. Good for you! Can't wait to get there myself
  12. I did the whole 3 week stall thing (fun).. not! And I was wondering if there was another stall that was as predictable? I'm on a decent roll right now but I can't stop wondering when it's going to stop. Thanks
  13. It was just to lighten the mood but seriously. .. you are still very early out and the first few weeks are the hardest. We all experience all kinds of weird things early on. My guess is like most of the other things thiss too shall pass. If it's a major concern I would talk to your surgeon, that's what they're there for. When I was about where you are I had regrets too but be careful because you can really sabotage your success with regrets. Try to understand that these things will get better with time and healing. Good luck
  14. Wow! You all are doing amazing! Thanks for sharing
  15. Wow! You've maintained that loss for a lot ov lbs! When were you sleeved?
  16. Wow! If talking a lot did this to me I would literally explode!
  17. I feel for you because I'm in the same boat. It's a constant war. I have no magic advice you don't already know. If you can, try to get up. I know it's hard but it's also 75% of the battle. I hope you find whatever magic you need to help you get through the day. <3
