  1. Are you having an increase in relations? Because that decreases the amount. That is why in infertility they suggested every other day to increase production.

I have had an increase. This surgery has been amazing for the length dept. and desire.

  2. How's your Protein intake.....getting enough? Seriously' date=' from what I hear, that stuff has a high Protein content, so maybe if protein intake is low, the volume of what comes out is low? Just wondering.....no science at all to back this up, but makes me wonder.[/quote']

I'm getting at least 80 grams a day. Maybe time will tell.

  3. Thanks for saying "men's room." All that did for me is peak my curiousity. lol.

Yeah' date=' I'd talk to your doctor

I'm happy that you felt safe enough to ask the question on here.

    Is your wife complaining?

I wish you well. Yeah, go make an appt w your doc.[/quote']

She's not complaining. Less to clean off but she never complained before either.

  4. Mens Room....... Ever since my surgery I've noticed my (clearing throat) loads have been much smaller. I've been getting my 64oz of Water but I don't think I was getting more than that before the surgery. It seems like as much as three quarters less. Orgasims feel the same but it was very satisfying having so much produced. Any thoughts

  5. In my surgeons new book "Ultimate Gastric Sleeve Success: A practical guide to help maximize your weight loss results" (2013)' date=' he states the following:

"your body probably cant process this much Protein healthily."(pg 50).

    Just thought I'd share[/quote']

Does he really say "probably". Does he go on to back it up?

  6. I am glad that you had a good experience.

What did you think of Dr.Alamza and the staff there? I understand that it is a small surgery center/clinic in a strip mall but very clean.

Well his English is not very good. You only really meet him right before surgery. He has a canned speech in English but if you ask him any thing communication breaks down. I believe he has had he surgery himself and looks great. The real relationship is with the staff. They take real good care of us. The clinic is in a strip mall next to Office Depot. That didn't bother me but one lady had a hard time with that. Her over all additive was very negative. By the end though she turned around and was doing much better. It was very clean and they always seem to be cleaning

  7. Did you stay at the Hotel Ticuan??

I did. It was really nice. They have a nurses station in the lobby and you can call them with any of your needs. Our first night we (my wife and I) ran into the President of the hospital. He was very outgoing and friendly. I told me I could have a caesar salad because I did so well with the pre op diet. He pointed us to a restaurant where the ceaser salad was invented. It's a short walk and felt safe the whole time. You will have a great experience.

  8. So' date=' no judgement here but just an observation and a question. I'm sure that egg was good, the first food I ate once I was allowed was a scrambled egg and it was the best damn egg I ever ate. But if you're having a hard time getting in liquid Protein, how did you get in solid food? The liquid should go down even easier no? Is it just that you're sick of Protein shakes by now? That's understandable, I think most of us were. Just go forward from here and know this is the toughest it's going to be. It gets much easier very soon. Stick it out....keep drinking that Water and those shakes. Very soon you won't have to drink them any more.[/quote']

I was similar to the op. liquids were harder to get down then less liquid solids. It went away by three weeks but it sure was hard.
