  1. Down 62.6. Last week was slow but scales moving again.
  2. Not really complaining ????
  3. I have had an increase. This surgery has been amazing for the length dept. and desire.
  4. I'm talking about in a loving married relationship.
  5. Mens Room....... Ever since my surgery I've noticed my (clearing throat) loads have been much smaller. I've been getting my 64oz of water but I don't think I was getting more than that before the surgery. It seems like as much as three quarters less. Orgasims feel the same but it was very satisfying having so much produced. Any thoughts
  6. Great job. How low was your carb intake?
  7. Well his English is not very good. You only really meet him right before surgery. He has a canned speech in English but if you ask him any thing communication breaks down. I believe he has had he surgery himself and looks great. The real relationship is with the staff. They take real good care of us. The clinic is in a strip mall next to Office Depot. That didn't bother me but one lady had a hard time with that. Her over all additive was very negative. By the end though she turned around and was doing much better. It was very clean and they always seem to be cleaning
  8. My experience was great. Do you have any specific questions I can answer?
  9. My starting weight was 301 labs. I didn't bring any foods. You probably will not want any thing like baby food for a few days. I had no hunger for about two weeks. They provide all the liquids you will need while you're there.
  10. It was me. My wife was there for support and help. My Dr was Dr Almanza. So far I've lost 53lbs. No complications and my life is changed. I no longer have sleep apnea or snore.
  11. I had three nuggets about five weeks out. Light on the BBQ sauce.
  12. I did. It was really nice. They have a nurses station in the lobby and you can call them with any of your needs. Our first night we (my wife and I) ran into the President of the hospital. He was very outgoing and friendly. I told me I could have a caesar salad because I did so well with the pre op diet. He pointed us to a restaurant where the ceaser salad was invented. It's a short walk and felt safe the whole time. You will have a great experience.
  13. I was their July 1 st. Great care.
  14. Myfitnesspal is the way to go. If I'm out with the family at the mall for example, I'll use it on My phone to decide between the things I want at the food court. It really helps me male better decisions.
  15. I was at the fair last week and came upon a sno cone stand. I asked how's the sugar free ones. The young lady tilted her head a said "well.... They're sugar free." Paid my $40 or so bucks, took one bite and tossed it.
