That's awesome! And ur doing great! I'm still 6 lbs away from onederland At almost six months out I'm down 65lbs so far. It will slow down and pick up periodically. Keep up the good work!

I was just wondering if u had tried both types of their bars? I messed up myself today. My hubs and grand kids ordered pizza from my fav place today.... Ahhh. Ny style. Yeah. I ate a slice. Well. A good two thirds of it anyway. It went down too easy. Tasted good too. Problem is I have felt hungry ever since. Thinking I poked my carb monster and now he's pissed. Lol. So. I learned it's too soon to even try eating the wondrous triangle of awesomeness I need to just admire it from afar. Difference now is instead of letting guilt push me to the junk food. I now reconciled with myself that tomorrow is back to the business of Protein first Water second. And the knowledge that I'm down over sixty lbs and yes. I. Can. Do. This.

I also was worried cuz my knees don't cooperate with me. I was put on a bicycle type machine and the tech had to actually help me pedal the last few seconds so I wouldn't have to repeat the whole test ! Yeah. It was awesome. But I got threw it. U will too. It only FEELS like u might die. Lol. I'm 5'2". 270 lbs before surgery. Surgery date was4/4/13. Today I weighed 210. Only 11 more lbs till I get to onederland ! Been way too many yrs since I could say that! Best to u!

I had that too for several months after. My dr gave me a ppi and also anti nausea meds. Only took one nausea pill. Still take the other as a preventative daily. It gets much better. I'm rarely nauseous now.

I know what u mean! Even with only one third of my goal down I notice I am not so warm all the time. My hubs and I have switched roles with the thermostat. I'm constantly turning the AC so it clicks off and he keeps turning it back on. Lol
