    Breakfast ham and egg cups!

    Made these this morning. They r awesome! Made some with whole egg and some scrambled. My only complaint was even with spraying the crap out of my pan. Still trying to get the egg off it. :-(. Specs with my lose it app: for scrambled (I used 5 eggs 7oz ham 21/2 oz velveeta. Then veggies). Cal 104. Fat. 5.6. Carb 4.3. Protein 9.4. Per cup. Left is whole egg. Right is scrambled I added homemade salsa on top when I ate mine.

    calories in subway meatball?

    On my lose it app. The meatballs in 6" portion is 260 cals 13 gr protein 16 gr fat. Think there's maybe four in a six inch? If so then one would have 65 cal 3.2 gr protein and 4 gr fat. If three in six inch. 87 cal 4.3 protein 5.3 fat.

    I drink rockin refuel Recovery milk drink. By shamrock farms. Lactose free. 30 grm protein. 190cal. 6 gr sugar. 12 carbs. Best of all priced 1 dollar each. Oh. 12 oz bottles. Chocolate. They have van and choc in 20 protein also but these have more sugar snd calories. So I stick with the 30 gm protein ones

    Flatout wraps

    Made this for lunch today. It was awesome! 1/4flatout light wrap 1wedge laughing cow cheese garlic herb 1tsp red pepper hummus 1 slice hillshire farms deli thin pepper turkey 1 slice hillshire farms deli thin ham Few drops of Dijon mustard Small amt of sliced onion and salad mix with tomatoes Like three drops of ff Italian dressing on top of lettuce Layer all and roll up. I slice so it's easier to eat. On the side is 1 tablespoon hummus and 5 whole grain pita chips( which I prob won't be able to eat all but sure looks nice on plate) Put wrap into my lose it wrap and got these stats Cal 112 Fat 3.9 Carb 8.6 Protein 11.8 I will cut the whole wrap in fourths and make four so I can wrap three and put in fridge for a quick meal or even snack.
  10. Six months out(already!) also seem to be stair stepping.... Slowly. Sw 270. Today. 202. Nothing in well over a week. Actually GAINED .6 today. Sigh. But thankfully it creeps downward mostly. Calorie intake is always below 820. No structured exercise tho. Got a treadmill but my knees hurt so badly when I walk on it I don't do so regularly. Just got Zumba and am gonna try it out. Posting pic Not sure if I did already so.... Top four are from last Christmas and this past January. Bottom one is from September of this year.

  14. I made a crumb cake for a Halloween party ( ny bakery style) which was my favorite growing up. I had to make sure most went home with others but still had some to bring home. Think I will toss it cuz it keeps calling my name from the pantry! I've already eaten three pieces(about 1" square) since Sunday ! Yikes! Lol. It's definitely gotta go.... :-(

  16. Yea u! Only 6 more to go! It will be my first time under200 in almost 10 yrs. and I haven't been much under it in well over 20. So looking forward to this second half of my journey and will try to be patient thru the stalls as they come. We can do this!!

    Pumpkin Mousse (Easy)

    I made this last week only added some vanilla also. Everyone loved it topped with cool whip it's fancy looking enough to take to gatherings I think.

  20. I have been doubting my own weight loss. Sounds weird I know but true. I've watched the scale creeping down over the past six months yet wasn't seeing much change in my clothing sizes. Then I figured it out the other day. When at my heaviest I could not wear any of my jeans couldn't even button some of them( think I blocked that out). I wore only stretchy roomy clothes. So instead of being the size 22 I had in my mind, I was actually more like a size 26. So the fact that my 22s are almost too big to keep wearing now actually feels like more of an accomplishment ! I went back to look at pre op pics of me from Christmas last year(the ones that sealed my decision to have this surgery, that I've kept hidden from my eyes since lol) and thought holy crap! I actually AM smaller! While I know I'm only halfway to goal ... I realized.....IM HALFWAY TO GOAL!!!!!! ye-ah! This morn I weighed in at 201. Started at 270. Top 4 are before. Bottom one a month ago.

    Thank! It was indescribably freeing when I realized how little I felt I'd accomplished. Then saw how much I actually had. Like I finally started breathing after holding my breath for as long as I can remember. Well. Guess it is describable after all. Lol.

    Mine pretty much match yours Laura-v. Except I still have 70 lbs to lose so my belly is bigger. :-/
