This song may help to lift your spirits some!!! I cried as I listened to it but it was a good cry!!! Its a song by Nikki Flores called Silhouette!!! I swear this song was written for all of us who are going through this life changing experience! I hope you give it a listen to & I pray it may help lift your spirits & you can find a reason to smile again!!! I put up a thread about this song on the forum as well to let others know about it & I hope it helps many others out there along their journey!!!

Thank you so much MaryE!!! I will be keeping a look out for your progress pics &/or videos!!! Documenting this whole journey is the second best thing I ever did for myself, the first being the sleeve!!! The documenting of it helps us remember just how far we have come & where we do not want to go back... it shows us shedding our second skin & coming out with smiles so wide & a much healthier us!!! Thank you very much!!! I am so much happier! It truly was a blessing to have this surgery! It saved my life & not just for me but for my daughter & my grandbabies as well bcuz I can do so much more woth the little ones & when my daughter was growing up I was so miserable by the time she hit her teens that I was just grumpy all the time & just tried to avoid most things & now when she comes home to visit from college we can enjoy more things together! & my step-grandbabies are happier to bcuz I can go to the park & actually play with them!!! It is an amazing feeling as the weight comes off bcuz I am no longer in a dark miserable place!!!

Yes that is very true also... that is something we should bring to Alex's attention to see if there is anyway to get that fixed so that it works on the mobile app!!! I have not figured out how to put pics up on my profile bcuz I only use the mobile app.

I would love to see others flipagram videos of there progress! It is such a great way to show our journey & our progress! I put up a flipagram video about a week ago to show my 7 mths of progress! I was not sure when i put it up on here the first time if it would work but i was thrilled to see that it did. I started @ 321 LBS & was down 89 LBS when I made the video! I am currently down a total of 93 LBS about a week later! But I will add it here as well! hair you may or may not lose along the way on your journey to a much happier, healthier you!!! Good luck to each & everyone of my fellow sleevers & soon to be sleevers on your life changing journey & always remember if you feel noone understands what you are going through, you always have this website & your sleeve family!!! I take 10, 000 mcg a day & my hair is still falling out like crazy. I have bald spots & have to be careful how I style my hair. It started falling out when I was 3 mths po & I am now just over 7 mths po & praying it stops or at least slows down some soon. I get huge handfuls in the shower & my brushes everyday. But I know it will grow back & it is a minor upset to deal with along my journey.

That is very true however there is a way to ask the ones you wanted to all in one post or perhaps in a private message. The person nor myself are trying to be rude or complaining just simply trying to inform you so you do not have to keep asking multiple times is all. As we all scroll thru we have go several posts before seeing what the next person had to say & maybe something else that someone else asked might get missed by people trying to scroll past several posts that are repeats is all.

When the right procedure for you comes along you will just know! Do as much research on all options & when the time is right again you will not have to second guess yourself one bit & will know in your heart which surgery is best for you! As far as not feeling as though your family ia supporting you through your process just keep reminding yourself that you are doing this for you, for a happier, healthier life not for them & you can pray that they come to their senses & support your choices but if they don't always know you have a great support system on here! I wish you the very best with whichever direction you choose to go in!
