I have seen a thread about this before but I'm not sure what it is they used. If you search the topic you might find the thread & it may be very helpful for you! Sorry I don't use them or have more info on them for you but I hope you find the answers your looking for!

You will do great! I was afraid I would be the one to fail with the sleeve & yet I am still suprised everyday that I am 7 & 1/2 mths po & down a total of 93 lbs! I started my journey at 321 lbs & I am currently at 228 lbs! This surgery was not only a life saver but it has also been more then I had expected as far as how much I have lost so far! I really wish you the best on your journey & I wish you the best success!!! Congratulations on your choice to get the sleeve! I also have up a post with a flipagram video of my 7 mths of success & I just recently added pictures to my profile if you would like to check them out!

Go into your settings & click clear image cache! Then you will be able to review pictures you have already viewed! I know that works for the app on my cell!

A song by Nkki Flores on youtube called silhouette! It fits this weight loss journey for me anyway! It is such a beautiful song! She also has another song called this girl which I love as well!!!

Also if you are using the app on ur cell or another devuce go to the settings & hit clear photo cache or something like that it says & yoy will be able to see it again.

Just hang on to those memories that make you smile & remember she is always in your heart! You are a part of her & so she still lives on in you!!! Sometimes crying is the best medicine & its ok to cry & to miss the ones who are unable to be with us physically but are so dear to our hearts! Stay strong & as someone else said we are all here to help & support you!

I came across it on youtube the other day! I had originally came across her while going through a relationship plm & just happen to be on youtube looking up new songs to download to my phone & saw her name pop up & when I listened to it, it just hit home for me right now & I just wanted to share it to help all my sleeve family on this forum!!! It really describes how I feel about this journey!!!
