I didn't want ro be adding sugar or artificial sweeteners all the time so I got flavored stevia drops. I like Sweet Leaf brand, I get them on Amazon about $10 a jar but you only need a drop or two so it lasts a really long time

I will have to look them up... I am not a big fan of the artificial sweeteners either but I knew if I didn't add something to my Water I was going to become dehydrated constantly & I did not want that! But thank you for twlling me about the stevia drops!

There is a section on the forum of people who have gotten pregnant after surgery. Just wanted to let you know! Hope this is helpful for you!

Plain Water is just to... hard for my stomach so I have to always add something to it. And I can't do cold anymore. So completely weird.

I am the same way... I can not drink plain Water & always have to add crystal lite to it & anything that is cold from the fridge & not room temperature bothers my stomach a lot so to avoid feeling uncomfortable I just stick with hot tea or room temp crystal lite water

I am going to have the sleeve but I dont know anyone who has had it. I know people that have had the gastric bypss and have done so great with it.Do you think this surgery is as successful?

I had the sleeve 8 1/2 mths ago & I am down 100 lbs!!! You will do great!!! Everyone's journey is difderent no matter which path you choose but always remember its one day at a time & one foot in front of the other!!! Wishing you a very successful journey!!!

I can see such a big difference in your belly from the two pics you have up!!! You are doing a great job & you look fantastic!!!
