A song by Nkki Flores on youtube called silhouette! It fits this weight loss journey for me anyway! It is such a beautiful song! She also has another song called this girl which I love as well!!!

Also if you are using the app on ur cell or another devuce go to the settings & hit clear photo cache or something like that it says & yoy will be able to see it again.

Just hang on to those memories that make you smile & remember she is always in your heart! You are a part of her & so she still lives on in you!!! Sometimes crying is the best medicine & its ok to cry & to miss the ones who are unable to be with us physically but are so dear to our hearts! Stay strong & as someone else said we are all here to help & support you!

I came across it on youtube the other day! I had originally came across her while going through a relationship plm & just happen to be on youtube looking up new songs to download to my phone & saw her name pop up & when I listened to it, it just hit home for me right now & I just wanted to share it to help all my sleeve family on this forum!!! It really describes how I feel about this journey!!! -
