  1. Sleeved 08/07. Down 30 pounds. Lost lots of inches. I walk 3 days a week and workout 2 times a week. I can eat anything but I can only eat about 3oz at a time total.
  2. Its my 3rd week and I have been stalled for 1 week. I lost 28 pounds in 2 weeks. I have increased my activity to include a variation of walking and cardio aroebics. I hope to see results in the next couple of days.
  3. Mine were glued with no stitches. That looks painful.
  4. I had it 08/07 in Pascagoula by dr. Jenkins.
  5. The shot is nasty but it was mind over matter for me. Its worth the sacrifice in order to get my protein in.
  6. 9 days post op. I have plenty if energy I am waliking 45 minutes a day. Still struggle to get protein and water in. I am down 10 to 12 pounds depending on what time of day I weigh myself. I will try the protein shots today and report back.
  7. Same here. I have been out quite a lot. I am ready for a small baked potatoe.
  8. Sip and pray. I was sleeved 08/07 and still cant get 32oz in yet.
  9. Hello I am newbie. I was sleeved on 08/07/13. So far so good. Down 10 pounds since surgery. Ready to get to regular diet - but not hungry so thats a plus.
  10. I am 7 days post op and already back to work. I feel full of energy and ready to go all the time. Just cant get fluids in like I want to.
  11. I am going back to work on day 6 but just for 4 hours then off again Wednesday and work Thursday for a few hours again. I hope it is not too soon. I was scheduled to be out til the 19th.
  12. Water. I can get one 14oz protein down a day plus water. Thanks
  13. My instructions say 4oz but cant reach my goals that way. Any advice?
  14. I was sleeved on 08/07 and I have had head hunger as well. However i still struggle to get my fluids in daily. I feel really good otherwise. How long are you on full liquids?
  15. I was sleeved on the 7th and had my first BM on the 9th and daily ever since. I feel okay but I am bored and ready to get out of the house.
  16. I was sleeved in 08/07 to and I am so surprised with how easy it had been (minus the gas pains with drinking). I am not hungry and my energy level is great. Just struggling to get my fluid and protein goals met.
  17. I didnt have a swallow test before leaving the hospital. I was drinking liquids fine before I left.
  18. I have no pain no nausea and I am full of energy. However today I have started some diarrhea so I am really forcing liquids. How are you?
  19. I am from south MS and was sleeved August 7th. So far so good.

  21. I am here with you. Im not realy hungry but it is hard to get the liquids down without severe gas pain.
  22. I came home yesterday. I am a little sore but the gas it what is killing me. I am not hungry and getting liquids down is a task.
