I have yo-yo dieted my entire adult life! At one point loosing over 100 pounds but I was stupid and over exercized and starved myself and destroyed my metabolism. I have always managed by weight by running but after year of running and being overweight I have ruined my knees. Recently diagnosed with degenerative joint disease in both knees I felt defeated and doomed.
