  1. Hi everyone and happy holidays this week! I wish you all joy and happiness in the holidays and then another successful year in 2015.

Here are our numbers for the week:

15 people are accounted for this week

Total pounds to lose goal: 1944.8

Total pounds lost to date: 1807.8

We are at 93% of our goal! That's fantastic everyone! Keep up the great efforts!

  2. Hi everyone! Happy surgiversary to everyone having their surgiversaries this week! Mine was last week, and it was almost hard to believe that a year had passed! I'm currently already working on my 2015 goals...I think I see some exciting things for next year!

But for now, here are our weekly numbers:

    16 people counted this week

Total pounds to lose goal: 2079.8

Total pounds lost to date: 1908.2

We are at a wonderful 92% of our goal! That's incredibly fantastic. You should all be SO proud of your accomplishments! Keep it up!

  3. Hi everyone!

Sorry, I'm a little late for this week's numbers...(meetings all day so far). Without further delay, here we go:

I have 16 current folks (meaning they have reported at some point in the last month)

Total pounds to lose goal: 2079.8

Total pounds lost to date: 1897.4

We're at 91% of our goal!

Congratulations and Happy Surgiversary to everyone who is celebrating their year anniversary! Mine is later this week! Can't wait to do the official numbers and measurements!

    Have a great week everyone!

  4. Hi everyone!

So glad to see all of the wonderful posts. Please remember, to post your stats in the format of:

    HW (High Weight)

    SW (Surgery Weight)

    CW (Current Weight)

TPL (Total Pounds Lost to date)

TPG (Total Pounds to Lose Goal)

The way I track your numbers is strictly by the TPL line, so if I don't see that, then sadly I don't know where you are in your weight loss journey, and I sure want to make absolutely sure that I get everyone's successes.

Thanks also to everyone who posts 'no change this week'. That's easy to take care of on the spreadsheet, I just update the date...but it helps to know who is still participating.

Wishing you all a very Happy Thanksgiving (early), and I'll post our weekly numbers in a little bit.

    Happy Holiday's!

  5. Sorry I didn't check in yesterday. I actually had a 1.4 pound gain!! I was gone on a business trip to Chicago for the week and ate and drank way too much! Those alcoholic beverages certainly are empty calories! Back on track this week.

    HW 322 (March 2013)

    SW 278 (Dec 16, 2013)

    CW 171.2

    Pounds lost since surgery 106.6

    Total pounds lost 150.8

No worries MGR...I have you down on the list, and am glad you checked in. Hope you had a good trip, and have a great week!

  6. I just wanted to tell you all how inspiring you are! I'm scheduled for the sleeve on dec 16th and seeing your progress in a year is incredible. I can't wait to see where I am in December of 2015!! Congrats to you all!!

Jaudon - best wishes to you on your upcoming surgery. I can tell you, that like many others here, I don't have one single regret, and am LOVING what this sleeve has done for me. I have had a BLAST keeping track of everyone's successes over the past 11 months, and it's been an amazing journey!

I wish you the very best...

  7. Weekly numbers are here...

Based on 18 participants (although not everyone updated numbers)

Total pounds to lose goal: 2393.8

Total pounds lost so far: 2136.5

We are at 89% of goal!

Congratulations everyone! Keep on keeping on! As my husband continually tells me when I am frustrated...it's a bigger success to lose pounds now, than it was when I was at my high! Keep up the great work!

  8. I, too, am a former pseudo tumor patient. I had it back in 2005, had a lumbar puncture that went horribly wrong, and ended up on bed rest for almost 5 months making me gain even more weight than I was when I was originally diagnosed.

Thankfully today I have been in 'remission' (that was the doc's term) for several years, and the continued weight loss has kept it away!

I wish you the very best!

  9. Good morning everyone! Another great week for everyone...

I'm posting the numbers a bit early since I have several meetings today.

Total participants this week: 20 (14 of you checked in this week)

Total pounds to lose goal: 2514.8

Total pounds lost to date: 2144.1

We are at 85% of goal.

You are probably wondering why our percentage is lower this week then last week. We had a few people post this week who needed to be added back into the list so it increased our pounds lost goal by just a hair. No worries...we're all doing an awesome job! Keep up the fantastic work everyone!

  10. Since yesterday was a holiday I was gone and couldn't post numbers...but here we are for last week. The numbers will look different (better) as there were people who haven't posted for several months so they were removed from the list (until they post again).

As of today, we have 18 people participating.

Total Pounds to Lose Goal - 2270.8

Total Pounds Lost So Far - 1956.1

We are at 86% of our goal!

If you think about it...18 people have lost almost 2000 pounds! That is INCREDIBLE! Congratulations to each and every one of you for your hard work and dedication to this journey!
