Hi friends...I'm here, just not quite up to spending a lot of time online. Keep posting those fabulous POST OP weight loss numbers! I'm keeping track and will have an update just as soon as I am up to it. Hope you are all doing well!

Hi everyone! I am still here..lol Still in hospital bet each day is getting a bit better. Haven't done so well on the prerequisit liquids...hoping today will be better....that's what will determine if I can go home. Will check back later but just wanted to touch base!

Good morning friends... Been up since about 2:30. I highly recommend a little something the night before if you have anxiety. I slept well (for the time I slept) and I feel very calm this morning. Leaving in about an hour....can't wait to see you all on the other side. God bless everyone who is starting their new life today.

Thank you all for your encouragement and support. I honestly just don't know why this happened all of a sudden, but I am prepared now with the tiniest little pills I have ever seen.

Holy moly did I have a bad night last night. I was doing GREAT...still so excited about my surgery which is tomorrow, and all of a sudden, it was like the floor fell out from below me, and I started getting extreme nausea and heart was racing, and I couldn't sleep (got about 2 hours). I got my surgery time today and spoke with the nurse who called, who recommended I call my primary for an anti-anxiety medication - she had no problem calling in a script for me...but sheesh, I had no idea that would happen. This time tomorrow I should be all done...with some extra anti-anxiety meds

I have only lost about 4 pounds on the liquid diet....but I haven't been exercising either (just don't have the energy). That being said, my already sleeved friend reminded me that truthfully the pro-op diet isn't about losing weight, it's about shrinking the liver...so despite the fact that I had this lovely goal of being at 250 when I go into surgery on Wednesday, I am just fine with where I am.

Wondering if the Unjury chicken broth is worth the money? I have been heating up low sodium chicken broth and stirring in a tbsp of unflavored protein powder, which is just okay... Just thought I would get your opinion of the Unjury.
