  1. I'm feeling sad! I was sleeved on 7/15 and to date have lost 31 pounds. I'm on day 23 and can now eat like sweet potato well cooked veggies and low fat cheeses. But since my surgery I'm barley eating which doesn't bother me much because I'm not hungry. But the sight and smell of food bothers me. I feel like I live nautious I'm mainly getting in a god amount of Water easily prob over 40 oz and less than 20 grams of Protein. I think I have keotis?? If I'm spelling right, where you have nasty taste in mouth a d bad breath 247, I'm dying for it to go away because I think that's behind the constant nausea! I'm so tired I can't even work out, just walking outside to get the mail exhausts me! I don't know what to do! I don't regret surgery I feel myself shrinking daily but it makes me sad that I'm too tired to do basically anything! Plus I am an emotional wreck!!!

  2. Hey guys in in my first month post op and have no desire to try a coke icee anytime soon but I'm just curious eventually will I be able to go to the movies with my daughter and have a coke icee?!?

  3. Sleeved July 15, as of today I've lost a total of 27-28 pounds. For the last 4 days the scale has been just going up and down a pound or two I think I'm in a stall. I'm okay with it because I know I'm staying on track. Up until like this past Friday I fit started feeling normal because before then I had NO ENERGY and I mean none! I have not been getting in my Protein but I have been doing great with the water! I was waiting until today to add fruit to my Protein Shake but I did that and still found it nasty and pre op I loved it! That's frustrating! Today my dr said I can try baked sweet potato or regular baked potato I did try and had no problems but only got down like 3 bites

  4. I was sleeved Monday July 15th, overall I'm doing well I just feel so exhausted. I am getting in my liquids so I know I'm not dehydrated I'm just curious when does it go away, being so tired I mean. I can get up for am hour or two at the most but then I'm back in bed for at least 30 mins to an hour even if I don't sleep I just lay down and relax.
