I didn't feel the full feeling till I tried real food now when I am full I start getting hot flashes and start sweating its so weird

I waited four days had surgery Wednesday did it Saturday ????

I understand what u are going thru I feel the same but I continue to eat right and exercise and I can see the inches coming off, I am trying to not get discouraged

I was sleeved 7/31 and I am down 14 I understand how u feel

I haven't had any of that and I am out almost four weeks

Every time I was do for a shot I was up 10 pounds

The depro was the reason I gained about 60 pounds

I was sleeved on 7/31 and and a little over 3 week out, I eat eggs, Beans, cottage cheese, cheese sticks, Jello, apple sauce and Protein drinks, I am starting to get bored and I wanted to get ideas from people who were sleeve the same time as me. What are u all eating at this point??! I am also a slow looser I started my journey at 204 and I am at 192 currently, I really thought this process would of been faster but it's ok I am learning to be patient and not give up, I am a band to sleeve patient and know the weight isn't going to melt off.

I was also sleeved on 7/31 just over three weeks and I have the same problem I feel hungry at times and I worry what it's going to be like a few months from now or even a year out.

Has anyone ever had a blood clot on the foot or any where else following gastric sleeve surgery, I been having cramps on one foot and alot of pain for about 2 1/2 weeks, I had my surgery 7/31.

I was one to never have problems when drinking but if I drink to fast I feel it, I drink my shakes very slow and with ice

I had my gallbladder removed back in December and I don't have this problem
