Try not to beat your self up to much! We all make bad chooses sometimes. Pre surgery I also struggled. The surgery has been life changing to me! though I remind myself daily it is only a tool. At the moment am never hungry and have to remind my self to eat but this will change. I follow what my surgeon and nut tell me completely. Our minds will still try to play tricks on us, I have seen a councillor to help with this and for me it has really helped. Good luck and stay focused x

I sooo don't envy you! Such a difficult one! I have a teen who can detect a lie from the blink of an eye, though is a master of telling them lol. Don't get me wrong I love teens, though they get stuck in my teeth ha ha. Joking apart, I'm sure that they, will be glad to see that, you are ok after your op. I would say, it was for something that at the moment, I don't want to talk about and then leave it at that. They will properly be concerned, so just reassure them your fine. That way, if later on when the weight is vanishing and you decided you want to tell them, no lies need to be untold. I have found with teens trust is incredibly important. Good luck :-)

Sorry I can't help at all with your woes! You have both made me giggle like a mad woman, and all the other customer in Costa have moved away from me lol. Sure things will work out Canary Diamond! you deserve some good Karma after making me laugh, as for me the men in white coats have just arrived, so Karma is paying me back ha ha :-).
