  1. So, here's the weird thing about "weight" and "the scale," I went shopping yesterday-- I now wear an honest size 6--38" hips. Yet, I am STILL 8 pounds overweight according to the BMI chart. I am still losing. I am 7 months + 1 week since my surgery. But that kinda messes with my head--as much as I do not want it to. btw-I only weigh 1 x every 2 weeks

    Yesterday i had my surgery...

    Congrats. I remember all too well. I wanted to scream from the pain. It gets better and better. Whether you end up being a slow, medium, or fast weight loser, know that you will lose. Be kind to yourself. Be patient with yourself and embrace the changes. Including listening to your body and what t can and cannot handle. Be encouraged

    Week 5 no weight loss

    Stalls are common as other sleevers report. I'm stalled right now too. Keep the faith. You'll keep losing
