Hi everybody, i had lap band surgery a year ago and have lost about 90 lbs so far off my 373 lb original frame. Just recently started water therapy which so far is working out well. Go daily. Interested in how others in my catagory are doing. No appreciable problems. Love the lap band. Een at my age and size it was and is just wonderful. Still find myself adjusting my lifestyle or habits and learning things regularly about all this. What a blessing this would have been for me fifty years ago. I am not loosing fast, but think it will speed up now that i have found water therapy.
