  1. First I want to say you are really cute (blushes) Secondly I think if he loved you he would do whatever he could to support and progress the new and improved you. I think that if he truly cared for you he would make the changes you ask him to. Trying to keep you around by pampering you with gifts seems like a shallow and insecure way of holding things together.
  2. Haha I did the same thing with baked beans. Hope your feeling better.
  3. Get a sample pack of syntrax nectar you'll never look back.
  4. I have to say some people are raised differently than others. Some people are blunt and tell you what you need to hear but dont want to. Some people can put it into words that are less hurtful. Some people are en experienced but still think they have a gokd idea. Regardless if the feedback is positive or negative it is what you asked for. My 2 cents is 2 weeks after surgery I had a sugar craving that I satisfied and sugar gave me no issues and went down like water. My aunt who had previously had the gastric bypass said if all you eat is sugar nothing is going to change. It was disheartening. I felt low even though I was losing weight I was still being unhealthy. They were the words I needed to hear. I have fallen of two other times since then but only for the moment thag I eat the sugar and then I punish myself with a workout. Part of the way thjs surgery works is by forcing your body into ketosis. If your carb intake or sugar intake is to high your body leaves ketosis and stops using stored fat for energy but instead burns the carbs or sugar your eating. With that said make better choices its something we all have to do and we will all have to go through at some point during this journey. Best of luck.
  5. Great work everyone and this is a good thread!
  6. Thanks! I wish you the best of luck!

  8. Muscle weighs more than fat. When you start excersing you might gain muscle mass.
  9. Thank you so much everyone! :-) And yes in just 6 weeks. Im sos excited to be thin in a year that I can't stand it.
  10. You got this. Remeber you cant drink water as fast so dont get dehydrated.
  11. The left is the new me and the right is the old me.
  12. I feel like everyone is forgetting to eat carbs and fat. I have all natural sausage, bacon, eggs, and very occasionally a tiny bit of sugar. I have had a sixth of a whopper even. I was sleeved on july 25 and started at 391 and today I am at 341. I have lost 4.5 inches from my waist and alot from my face. I still have moobs tho im slowly working in a workout routine. I do not count calories like alot of you guys though. I just eat every 2 hours and drink in between. I can have one slice of bacon and one egg for breakfast. Eggs and bacon are great because the white is protien and the yolk is fat and the same with bacon only you can easily see tye fat on the bagon. Also be selective on eating meat fat because the new stomach sometimes has a hard time breaking it down. Chew really well. I also have doubts but I push through them because I know what the outcome is going to be.
  13. I saw a documentary on this and the amount of soy needed to raise estrogen is super high.
  14. I was sleeved july 25 my starting weight was 391 at 3 weeks I stalled but I think it was due to a sugar intake. I am now at 343 and have stoped eating sugar all together. Its called ketosis. Its the body using your stored fat to create energy instead of burning sugar. At least thats how I understood it. I have maybe 600cals a day but I eat very high protien foods. I have bacon, lowfat sausage, eggs, canned chicken breast or tuna, grilled foods like lean pork, chicken, beef or fish. Remeber some fats are good for your body. I also supplement protien with 3 scoops of necrar protien shake in about 16 onces of water. Usually in the morning then once I get that down 30mins later I have my first meal of the day.
  15. Just the synthroid. My doc says thats whats causing the low t

  19. Isopure was ok until I was sleeved and afterwards it made me nauseous no matter how I mixed it.
  20. Thats kinda hard to answer. I thinkbl it would fall under a clear liquid. If you like super stout lemonade try 2 scoops. I did that this morning and wow!
  21. I think everyone should relax. Read through the previous months sleevers threads and you will see this same trend but the stall wont last, it cant. It just takes your body time to adjust. Get in your protien 80-100g per day. I have faith that you all will be fine.
