  1. Amazon.com It was ony $40 for the large container.
  2. I just want everyone know that I got my Nectar lemonade protien in this morning and it was delightful. I am super happy right now because the chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla all made me nauseous.
  3. I was told no alcohol in the first year.
  4. I had 2.5 chicfila bites yesterday and I was in heaven.
  5. I guess everyone is different. I am only 28 though and I had no pain anywhere after day 4 post op. My scars are almost not visible at this point.
  6. Wow! I cannot believe some of you from early july arenon liquids still. I was sleeved july 25th and the doc cleared me for normal food. He said you can tell what the inside looks like by looking on the outside. If your stitches are healed then your stomach is the same.
  7. Im 28 and weighed myseld today and i have gone from 391 to 355 since july 25th. Im excited and happy about my decision.
  8. I am 33lbs down from 2 weeks ago. This is insane! 391 to 358
  9. Congrats! For the first few days it was cream of potatoe for me.
  10. I just had 2eggs with ground pork and fat free cream gravy. I feel like im in heaven. Im managing to get my protein in via food instead of powder and im getting close to 600cals a day.
  11. My Dr put me on puree today at only one week out. I had 1egg and 1egg white with a little cheese together totaling 3oz. For lunch I had shrimp brown rice with a milk and broth sauce to blend it and for a snack I had greek yogurt 4oz. I have come to hate protein powder in just 2 days :-/. From what I can gather my breakfast was around 19g protein, my lunch was 12-15g of protein and the yogurt was 10g of protein totaling around 42 for the day without protein powder and I have yet to have dinner and an evening snack. I think I can get to 60 without any powder. I will however continue my calcium, iron and other vitamins.
  12. The fact is most healthy people only eat 1200-1500 cal a day. I used to handle that in one meal sometimes having up to 7000 cals a day. Snacks really add up plus a double meat whatever burger with cheese and bacon a large fry and a large coke. Pushing 2000cals at lunch. It all adds up. My taste buds have changed in the four days that I have been sleeved. I think its because my body needs nutrients. Im craving shrimp right now. This surgery gives you the ability to stop at 1200cals a day rather than over indulging. It might just be me but when everyone else was full I was on seconds or thirds. In my opinion this gives me the help I need to eat "normal".
  13. I haven't even lost any weight and I can completely empathize with all of those statements.
  14. I can see a great difference. Wtg! Keep it up.
  15. I can see a great difference. Wtg! Keep it up.
  16. Its not that bad. You will be fine. Im at the end of day four of post op and almost no pain at all.
  17. I split all mine up during the day. When I wake up I have a calcium gummy 2 vitamin gummies and a protein shake. I basically do that four time a day. I save iron till the end of the day. I was also sleeved on the 25
  18. Good luck to the future sleevers sneaking into the july sleevers club.
  19. I agree. I dont feel sore really, I mostly just feel full a lot and have occasional gas. I think it has to do a lot with my intake. So far I'm up to % 100 iron, multi vitamin, calcium, and im % 50 protein and % 75 water. I have cream of potatoe, cream of broccoli soup, and sugar free puddings. I feel like im on par.
  20. I know this is a crappy issue but anyone having dark stool? I had my first bm since the surgery and it seemed soft but fine but today (day3) I had another bm that was dark in color. Any help or knowledge is appreciated. I should also note I started an iron supplement today.
  21. Congratulations Scotty!
