Im 34 with 4 kids. Weight was not a problem in my life until I quit smoking. I gained 100 pounds. I couldnt stop eating, was horrible. I decided to lose weight which I did, lose 70 pounds with pills and a year after that I went back to the cigarettes. The same thing happened again, I quit smoking and gain my 70+ pounds but I wasnt eating like before!

I tried many diets and programs, nothing worked, I did the thyroid test and POOM! I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I'm at 125mcg Synthroid. I went to see the Endo for evaluation, he told me that I have signs of pre-diabetis in my body... that scared me... I feel pain all over my body, my legs hurts and when I walked for more than 5 minutes I have to stop and rest because my back hurts... Inside of me I was screaming I WANT TO BE HEALTHY AND ENJOY LIFE!!!! Thats when I decided not to fight with my weight alone. I went to see Dr Ramos and I really liked the way he works and his honesty.

Its been a journey, I realized that I had issues with head hunger and emotional eater but nothing will stop me to make this happen and be a healthy person.
