  7. Okay for all of us in Buffalo Sam's club and BJ's sells Premier Protein ready made resealable bottles. Each bottle is 11 oz and 30 grams of protein. Sam's has chocolate and vanilla both good and BJ's had just the chocolate. Quick and easy protein.
  8. I am so proud of myself I may be in a stall but I am still doing a mile a day via treadmill or elliptical. I missed 2 days and stuck to it now 2 months and am at the point I look forward to working out. I just have been really exhausted past couple of weeks all I want to do is sleep but work gets in the way. Have a great weekend all.

  10. I am a diabetic since the age of 17 and was told prior I was only few years away from complications. Mine were not perfect prior to pre opt diet but once pre opt started it did. I am entering my 9 the week out and wow went from 6 shots a day to 2-3 one is as needed. Only regret should have done this sooner.
  11. I only took my meds for 3 days my only regret is I did not do it sooner years ago. Yes I still had some pain but was able to deal with it. I am entering my 9th week out and down 46 lbs would definitely do it again. I have been lucky thus far no nausea and only threw up 1x and was not much. The only thing I really suffered was diarrhea for a week.
  12. Come to think about it I do not think I was either.
