Its usually consecutive. And if you miss a month then you have to stay over again.

I haven't had surgery yet but I've read that warm water helped others. Staying hydrated is hard. Hope the warm water works. -

What a stunner LOL - It still amazes me how beautiful we all are once we loose the damn fat. I mean, I know I'm cute (LMAO), but damn, I can't wait to loose these double chins I have. You look great honey, keep up the amazing work you're doing to stay healthy.

I'm still pre op but 85 pounds is great. When have you been able to lose that in your own? Everyone had stalls. Don't get on the scale every day. Try monthly.

I'm not a fan of myfitnesspal. It doesn't have all of the foods and calories so I get stuck. Maybe its just me. But thanks for sharing the new app. I too will download and try it.

You're welcome. You're gonna love these boards. So much info. Also check out youtube. I'll be checking in with you. You'll do fine. I started in June with my first Dr. Visit and there are days when I'm so scared and then I come here and read all the success stories and I get to communicate with some amazing people and then I feel so much better. Whatever you decide to do I wish you all the luck.
