The is a website where you can get flavorless protein you can put on or in anything "bariatric advantage" click on proteinIt took me a long time to start drinking large amounts, but I was constantly eating sugar free jello & pop sickles also. Great job!Before I had weight loss surgery I lost a twin when I went for my 8 week check up, there's really no explaining it. It was only 5 wks developed. Very sad but I was so happy to have one healthy child! My doctor said its very common, most women don't even know they lost one, like if you came in at 10 wks. Sorry for your loss of baby #2 but Very Happy for your baby #1! Congrats &!the best of luck!Idk about the nursing thing but my surgeon told me when I'm ready to lose baby weight go back to my post-op diet & start over & it should fall off!Thank you for being positive!
