  5. Oh and a really hate when someone finds out I've had this surgery and say "oh well I know someone who had this done and got FAT again" wtf how's that supposed to make me feel? Translation: Oh hey fat girl ur gonna get fat again! Or how about "oh,I known someone who knows someone who had weight loss surgery and they died!" WTH! I feel like I should say to them " oh yea I'm dieing slowly j/forgot to mention that! What's wrong w/people? Or are you thinking I'm gonna die? People are cray cray : \
  6. So I was just wondering some things, my NUT weight loss goal for me was to get to 180bs which I'm 10lbs away! Yay! BUT... I still feel "large" like I should lose more weight. Everyone is always asking me what's " my goal"? Or telling me you've lost enough... don't lose anymore... you could still lose more than that... people who've never been where we are and their opinions are driving me Crazy! I have NO idea & sometimes I think that's ok but it's still very frustrating , when am I going to feel like what ive accomplished is enough for me? Don't get me wrong I'm very happy w/my progress just frustrated. Anyone else feel this way?
  7. Hey fellow Vandi patient! What's up girl I'm on here now!
  8. What's ur height? Is this your NUT's gosl weight or your goal? J/wondering I'm pretty much the same as you & on the same surgery date, I'm 5'7 & 190. My NUT wants me to weigh 180, but I'm not sure what my personal goal is or should be. I was 150 when I met my husband but everyone I work w/& my clients say that's too much.
  9. Definitely only liquid 24/48 hrs before surgery. Your stomach needs to be empty when they cut it open so food doesn't get stuck in the incision. Make sure you are doing your protein, because I didn't & now I've lost more than 1/2 of my hair.
  10. I completely understand, I thought like that all day every day, it sucks. I just thought I might try an amusement park soon! Very excited! I hope you have a very positive journey! Good Luck!
  11. One time I picked up the wrong drink I thought it was my unsweetened tea & it was a co-workers watered down coke, as soon as I noticed it was carbonated I spit it out like I'd DIE or had been Poisoned if I drank it! Any of you w/stories on how you'll never go back to bad food/drink?
