Make sure you get in as much protein as possible, I didn't and my hair started falling out. Eggs, fish, chicken, Almonds, veggies, fruit. I personally stay away from any starchy foods. I hear people say you can have them again a tiny bit, but I think of it like smoking, why start back? -

I've totally done that I made my son Mac-n cheese & was checking to see if the noodles were soft enough by biting it, & I actually ate it. I thought oh lord I'm gonna die!!!! But I was fine one noodle or lick of ranch won't kill you! Good luck on your journey! It gets easier/the new normal! -
