9 months out
you can expect your loss to slow down and your body will begin to maintain. you should still work on your eating, because trust me, u can gain it back. i gained about 8 lbs over a few months, but it began with the holidays. and i was doing less cardio. so just be mindful from here on out. good luck...

Advice from outsiders before surgery
the people who gave me the "dont do it", i didnt say anything else to them about it. i let them have their opinion. because i had more people on my side than not. and once i started to trasnform, i let that speak for itself. good luck! you will be A-OK!

As long as ur moving. I hope that the surgery helps to alleviate your spinal issues. Thank you. I'm always a work in progress. My fat gene is always tryna creep up. But it keeps me focused. I'm not going back! Sure you can add me. No problem!

July Sleevers! Let's chat!
I dunno about aaaaanyone else...I still get hungry. I just know how to deal with it. And I will always love food. I just changed my relationship with it. Just a bit. Some things do change after surgery. I couldn't stand to eat rice. I couldn't drink cold water. But now I'm back. I can't eat too much sugar or certain processed foods. Makes me feel sluggish. You will learn what works for you in order to be successful. Best of luck today and on the big day!

WOW! I'm a veteran! My return to the forum
thanks! yea pretty much..i'm able to achieve muscle growth, i can see it and feel it in my legs and arms. im and apple shape. so most of my body fat hangs around my torso. i have to do a lot of cardio. i think im scared to look too thin. and so i havent kept up with my cardio routine.HIIT cardio is best for fat loss along with diet. I loosely track my macros in addition to my calories but for the folks who really do follow their macros, I've seen some amazing transformations. You can google IIFYM calculator to calculate your levels. I would also keep hitting the weights as well to provide shape and definition to your body as you shed fat. Keep us posted on your progress. Great job so far! Can you even believe you have to worry about looking too thin!!! ???? I will definitely look deeper into HIIT. I don't dig too deep into tracking macros and all of that because I don't want to drive myself crazy. I'm bad enough when it comes to calories. I might give it a try if it doesn't seem like too much. It is absolutely crazy to think about looking too thin! Who would've thought. I will definitely keep you posted. And you look great by the way! Thanks for the encouragement ????
