I must be an idiot. I don't see "My Goals". on the website either.

Can anyone tell me how to change the daily caloric count? I was on 1200 but now I am on pre op diet and need to change it to 800 calories. Any help is appreciated

I live in an area where the closest Planet Fitness is about an hour away. I wish we had one close by. I have been visiting their website every other day in the hopes that I would find one! Good luck and keep us posted

Since I am still pre-op, i dont know that I can help, but can you go back to basics?? Or try the 5:2 diet?? Maybe you just need to change up your diet to jumpstart the weight loss again.

Congrats, I just got the auth from my doc. I got the letter from my insurance saturday and my doc called today so I could go in and sign the consent forms and meet the surgeon. Sleeve date 10/31.

I thought the same thing since they made it a point for him to thank Darryl. Love that guy, not crazy about the creation of a council, though.

Received my approval letter this weekend but havent heard from the surgeons office. So irritated right now!

A cold, figures huh. I am imagining that will happen to me. I am still patiently (ok not so patient) waiting for approval, even though I called insurance on friday afternoon and they told me I was approved. Doctors office hasnt gotten the go ahead yet. So frustrated. My tentative date is 10/31. So you are 10 days ahead of me. I wish you luck, hope you ditch your cold so everything can stay on schedule. Use EmergenC, that seems to work pretty good. Well I called and still no decision. This is now day 6. They are killing me!!

My paperwork was submitted last week and still waiting for a decision. I am calling again in the morning!
