    Am 4 days out n today really feeling much better. Am drinking my 2-3 ounces of broth every 3-4 hrs n water with crystal light n walking about 10-15 minutes twice a day. Where can I buy the isopure drinks n what r the best flavors? N how many total ounces should we b taking in daily on the clear diet?

    Mine hurts more on the right side, pain meds do help but still having a hard time finding a comfortable position to sleep, using lots of pillows n walking does help, am 4 days out.

    I was sleeved on 12/17 n still in pain n swollen. My upper back is killing me too due to not getting in a comfortable position to sleep. Walking has helped me n doing ok on the broth n drinking my water with Crystal light n some jello. Still having rumblings n cramps on stomach, Has using a heating pad on stomach helped anyone?

    I got sleeved on tuesday 12/17 n just got home. Still very bloated n sore. My upper back is hurting I guess cause of hospital bed. I am doing clear liquids till Monday. R u guys taking any liquid pain medicine? I was feeling depressed n sad today just want to feel better soon.

    I had my sleeve n hernia surgery Tuesday n tolerating liquids but have stomach cramping n diarrhea n pain is about 6-8. Anyone with diarrhea too? N what helped.

    I had my suergery tuesday n having pain at about 6-8. N stomach cramping n diarrhea. N can't seem to get comfortable to sleep.

    I had my surgery on tuesday n pain has been about 6-8. Having stomach cramping n diarrhea too. Had to stay nother night at hospital due to low blood pressure n cant seem to get comfortable to go to sleep. Hope this does get better soon.
