Surgery date was 4/30/2013 at 230lbs.

It has been quite a journey so far and I'm not done!!! Grateful for how far I've come, proud of the hrs in the gym I've put in. Down to 153!!!

Ok so I was wondering if anyone on here knew of any good shampoo to help with hair growth. I've been taking biotin but want something extra. Please help!!! ????

Started at 230 lbs down to 166.6 this am. Woohoo!!!

I will never regret my decision to get the sleeve!! I am so happy with all the results, and even though it hasn't been a easy journey it has been well worth it. 13 weeks out and I'm down 63.4 lbs since the surgery. I'm half way there, lets c where this journey takes me next!!

Hang in there. It gets better. The first night I was home I thought I was going to die from pain but the next day it was like a miracle n it all went away. I only spent one night at the hospital, which was the day of my surgery.

I know I have a long way to go but I'm so glad to have embarked in this sleeve journey. I had my surgery April 30th n was 230 lbs. today I weighed myself n it was down to 181!!!! I can't wait to c where I am at the 6month mark

Thanks guys, I was getting a lil worried it was just me!!

But just wondering does anyone else have problem with having their menstrual period more often than before the surgery? I am on the depo shot n hadn't had my period in about 3 years n this past month or so I've had it 3 times now, n in between it's spotting. So not liking this lol.

So I was sleeved on April 30th n some days I have no problem with food getting down but lately no matter what I eat, it just seems like I keep burping it back up. Anyone else have this prob?
