  1. I'm 4 months post op. I haven't been eating over 800 calories and now the scale says I gained 3 lbs!!! I'm freckling out ! I haven't been working out for 3 weeks I had terrible bronchitis. Wtf ! What's going on ??
  2. Oops I took naproxen the other day. I do notice I don't need a higher dose if a medics before it was like 3 500mg of Tylenol now it's only one 500mg and I'm good.

  4. So I'm 3 months post op and my sleeve is very small I was told 90% of my stomach was removed. Interesting I have bronchitis is get it every year what's new is that when I cough hard I throw up ???? I first I was disgusted now I just laugh lol and once I throw up it keeps going on all day . My brother thinks I'm disgusting we were out shopping I had to run out of the store. Mjust wanted to share lol
  5. I drink 30 min before and I wait 30 to 45 min after I eat.
  6. I do swallow a lot of air I eat slow also but it still happens a lot.

    What do I say?

    I told everyone, I have a I don't care what you think mentality. Some people are like why I'd you do that ? Others are like can you talk me through your process I want to do it or my family member wants to do it. If you don't want to tell don't.
  8. I'm 3 months post-op and I've list 40 lbs. I've lost more inches than weight. I eat only 800 calories and 220 of those calories us the protein shake I drink sometimes I eat the 800 but majority of time I'm under by 120. I stomach is very small because I had I a mass they didn't know I had it was a surprise. So they had to remove more stomach than they wanted to. If it's soft food I eat about four ounces. If it's a chicken breast or something I need to chew I can only eat 2 oz. and that's cheering myself to finish it to get the nutritional benefits.

  11. I want. Monitor that tracks calories burned for it do that ? I like to do a lot of DVDs but when I look them up on my fitness pal it's not there and when I try to add it it asks the amount of calories burned. Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

  13. A fitbit is an activity and sleep tracker. It tells you how active you have been all day and how many calories you have burned. Look it up on amazon.

  15. I find that spacing my bites is very difficult I've been working the medical field EMT and now in an emergency room or running between classes that I just basically swallow. Chewing and spacing my bites and taking 30 -45 min to eat is really the biggest adjustment I've had to make.

  18. Yes I had my cycle tow days after surgery and then the following month I was 14 days late. I had never been late ever in my life I can set a watch to it.
  19. Thanks for this post. I was sleeved Oct.4 I'm 5'1 and was 224 day of surgery. Today I'm 199.6 a complete slow loser. I stalled for 3 weeks. I don't go over 800 calories a day. I'm so scared I won't reach my goal I have 98lbs to lose. Best if of luck to you.

    I CONFESS : I CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT food !! THAT I HAVE EATEN chocolate FRENCH FRIES FROM MY NIECES HAPPY MEAL THAT I DONT WORK OUT AS MUCH AS I SHOULD EVERY TIME I READ A SUCCESS STORY ON HERE ABOUT HOW THEY LOST 60LBS IN ONE MONTH IT MAKES ME MAD!
