Okay I have a fitbit that tracks my movements through out the day. I had surgery on Nov 25 so tonight I decided to see exactly how things are looking. I realized for the month of January I moved 3/4 of a mile a day more than I did in the month of December that is 22 more miles for the month of January and they had the same number of days in them. I am not by any means a walking or running queen we are still looking at really low numbers but I am really proud that I am moving more.

Yeah I know, I'm getting antsy too. I need to calm down. It's just that I thought I was done with everything with the exception of the final dietitian meeting and surgeon visit, then they hit me with this endoscopy thing out of the blue, but it's cool no matter what I'm still getting closer to starting my new life.
I was luckily enough that I knew who my surgeon was so when they made my appointment they also got me an appointment the same afternoon with the dr who was doing the endoscopy. I was scheduled the very next morning to have the endoscopy and my surgery was the very next Monday. Best of luck to you.

I'm a year out if you have a any questions hit me up..
I have a question I am only a week and a half out and on the scales has been moving down. On Wednesday it said 250 which was 15 pounds less than surgery day than on Thursday it was 251.8 and today 251.2. What happen? Could it be I am not getting enough Water? Or could there be another reason. HELP please

This should be a lot like that

Way easier than c section was your gall bladder an open cut or laparoscopic? With it being in upper stomach and not lower it is different but it seem to heal so much quicker. My psyc was absolutely nothing a few questions about my history and mental stability.

Denison Texas at TMC I have also had those surgery I already have a lot of flabby skin due to previous surgery and no toning after. I have no idea what I will look like when it is all over but I can't wait to find out. My doctor had no problems with previous scar tissue

None whatsoever and I wouldn't change a thing Not saying that I didn't wake up in pain because I did but I am not even a week out and I am doing great. My left side is still a little sore and I haven't tried sleeping in bed yet but maybe I will tonight since my husband has to get up to go to work in the morning.

Brenda, how long did it take you from start to surgery?

I had my surgery on Monday so still on full liquids and have NOT been hungry at all. Thursday I went to MIL and visited, food didn't bother me at all. For Friday and Saturday we had family reunion with more food than to feed an army once again didn't tempt me at all. I am however having problems getting enough liquids in so now that I don't hurt EVERTIME I swallow I can drink more. I do however HAVE A QUESTION. When I started liquid diet I was at 270 on day of surgery I weighted 260 when I was released from the hospital on Wednesday when I got home my scale showed once again 270 on Thursday it was 265 on Friday it was 260 and as of this morning it was 256.2. Is this usual?
