Cut the sugars fast food out!Start walking daily if you can't join the gym and good eating smaller in size and lots of WATER! You can do it I had my first visit on 6-4-13 257lb as of today I'm 245lb and going down next NuT visit is the 8th after hope to get a sleeve date.

I keep having second thoughts about getting the sleeve surgery! I think my fear is having any sickness that I don't have right now afterwards. No health problems besides Morbid obese current 246 I have one support group class to attend and one more Nutritionists meeting.Please advice

Did you buy the list of Vitamins needed or did your PCP write a prescription for you?

Tomorrow is my support group class then on the 8th is my final nutritionists appointment.

I'm pretty much researching on my own and thanks to this group but for the last few days I have been thinking to just not go thru with the surgery! Just thinking about not being able to get the fluid in take especially water. I'm currently 246.2 First day at the seminar and meeting doctor I was 260 which was a month now did this on my on please help me with advice I don't have any health problems besides being Morbid obese!

Just wondering how long it took to get in the required fluids? I'm so nervous now and thinking about backing out the surgery. How is something like this good for weight loss, if one xan barely get in fluids just to come down on the weight can't this causes health problems too? I'm new please help me understand.

Now I'm getting scared! Not from eating but getting water intake fluids period I'm so having a lot of doubt! Sucks! 246 lost 10lbs in about 30days if I can get under 200 I will not get the surgery. But I'm Morbid obese now without health problems but don't want them in the future either. IDK what to do.

Honestly do you have any regrets about getting the sleeve surgery? I guess I'm just nervous and don't no what to expect! My paperwork will be submitted on the 8th my last Nutritionists meeting I'm down 10lbs on my own hard work.I will talk to my doctor she hasn't really gave me specific details I pretty much did the research myself and thanks to you'll with tips advice my biggest fear is not able to get water in that I love so much.My reason for surgery is to prevent any sicknesses that can come from being Morbid obese so please any advice or questions to ask my doctor I no at the end of the day it's just business for them but this is the biggest thing I have/will do far as surgery. Current weight is 246 goal is about 160-170 5'6 1/2.
