  1. I'm 3weeks sleeved I been having a hard time with Protein Shakes too they know me well at GNC I was on whey Protein before surgery buy after I could take any flavors of it I mixed it with Water, silk milk and still couldn't drink my NUT told me to try something else so I tried Isopure powder and that didn't work so I been trying to consume my protein in every meal but 70g is hard when you can't eat much. So today I went back to gnc and the guy knew what to do even though I had a list he gave me an already mix isopure drink cold 40g per bottle and I was in heaven it taste so good I have brought it up yet thank god... hope this help!

  2. Please explain how you hide it because I been trying everyday and I'm not doing to well with I guest cause I know it's there. I use the 100% whey before I had surgery and it was done but after no good so my Nut had me tried Isopure and this is the nastiest I every tasted and I brought right back up so now I'm trying to work in the whey with everything and everything I eat I'm adding Protein to it

  3. I been suffering with Protein as well before I had surgery my doctor put me on a protein diet and I could drink the shakes no problem but since I had my surgery on may 28th I been having a hard time now I'm on pureed foods and I can't take down a shake to save my life so I been trying all kinds of stuff to get these Protein Shakes to work so this what I'm trying and it seems to work this morning I make a protein mixer that I should have 3x a day

    2Scoops of 100 whey 40g

1cup of plain Greek yogurt 18g

    1cup of soy milk 6g

    1tbs of cinnamon

    2tbs of vanilla extract

    3pk splendid

That should give me 64g of protein the rest I get from my foods now I'm still tweaking things some days it work but so far so good my my next drink is at 4 pm so let's see if I could get it down and it stays I will keep you posted..

  4. I had my surgery on may 28 th I was a little sick for the first two days then finally I was put on liquids when I was discharged my doctor told me to remember to take the Protein Shakes (100 whey protein) however the shake couldn't take me...lol I could keep them down on my first visit I spoke to a nutritionist and she had me change the brand to Isopure and I just had some one Friday and it came right back up so I phone in and told her what else could I do so I came up with this plan 1 cup of plan Greek yogurt, 2 scoops of the powder, 2 pack of splendid, 2tsp of vanilla extract and pinch of cinnamon use the mixer and blend it, very tasty that gives me 68g of Protein the rest I get from my foods we need a total of 70g

  5. My surgery date is set for June 19th. I'm pretty nervous about a few things. I've never had surgery or been put under so that makes me apprehensive. I'm looking forward to losing weight but it doesn't seem real yet. I meet with the surgeon in May and that's when I find out what my pre op diet will be. Just overall excited but also a little nervous. Anybody relate?

You will be fine I had my surgery on the 28 th of may all I remember was going in and waking up,
