    Tailbone pain since weight loss

    I'm not having tailbone specific problems, but sitting for more than ~20 minutes is uncomfortable. My whole backside gets sore. I'm focusing on building up my glutes to help with this. Adding more muscle back there will hopefully give me some relief.

    Last week 194.6 This week 190.4 -4.2 lbs : ) I saw 189 on the scale for a brief moment this week and was hoping it'd stick around, but hopefully by next week I can kiss the 190s goodbye forever : )

    Knocked out 3 hours of exercise this week. 2 early morning workouts + Zumba and body sculpting classes. 3 hours down, 13 to go.

    Valentine's Challenge

    My starting weight is 194.6. Up 1lb since Wednesday : ( Goal weight is 182 lbs. That is the lowest I've been as an adult. So excited to make this goal, but it's going to be a challenge. I'm contemplating doing the Whole30 to help get me there. ( I need to do a post holiday detox anyway- I've been going carb crazy.).

    Christmas - New Year Challenge

    Still at 193.6 this week. Didn't hit my goal, but I'm ok with that. I allowed myself some slack time during the holidays and very much enjoyed it.

    December Fitness Challenge

    Hit my goal for the month- 12 hrs of exercise. Started out really strong, but a strained back has forced me to take it easy for the last couple of weeks. Just happy I made it to my goal and made some decent strength and endurance gains.

    December Fitness Challenge

    Worked out with a trainer for the first time Monday. Got in a good workout and felt great afterwards. Felt fine at work that night, but when I got up for work Tuesday afternoon, I had a serious case if T-Rex arms. Incredibly painful biceps and couldn't extend my arms. Thank goodness for muscle relaxers. Finally feeling better this morning. Hoping to get back in the gym Friday. 1 more hour down, 4.5 till goal.

    December Fitness Challenge

    It's been a slow week for me. Went tons 1 hr spin class on Monday. That plus a rough week night if work and I ended up with a strained lower back. I think I need to work on my ab strength a little more before I go back to spin class. Surgery really did a number on my core stability. This week I'm hoping my back recovers. I'm meeting with a personal trainer on Monday. Excited and nervous about that. 6.5 hrs down, 5.5 to go.

  19. I've had belly button problems over the last month or so. Super itchy, red, smelly. Just yuck. After looking around online, fungal infection seemed to be the most likely culprit. First thing I tried was some athletes foot spray I had laying around. Ouch! The amount of alcohol in it + broken skin was not a very pleasant combo. Picked up some athletes foot cream. A little dab delivered via q-tip 2-3 times did the trick. I'm still treating it, but no longer have any symptoms. Just trying to make sure it's totally gone.

    December Fitness Challenge

    Pretty good first week for me. Monday-Zumba+ planking, 1hr Tuesday- treadmill + weights & abs, 1 hr Wednesday- water aerobics,1hr Thursday- 1st day c25k + weights & abs, 1hr Friday- treadmill, 30 min Saturday- Qiforce, 1hr Sunday- probably a day off. But maybe zumba 5.5 hrs down towards my goal of 12 hrs. Hopefully I'll need to reset my goal soon : )
  21. Hi everyone! Just passed the 3 month mark and feeling pretty good. Sleeved 9/3 HW: 256 SW: 227 CW: 195 I've gone down 3 pant sizes and 2 shirt sizes. Best of all, I don't have to shop in the plus size section anymore!!! The only foods I have a problem with are milk and anything with lots of sugar (including some fruit). Other than that, my sleeve and I get along pretty well. This month I'm trying to get into the gym more. I'd like to be a familiar face before all the resolutionists show up in January. And besides, if I hope to lose another clothing size any time soon, I really have to tone up my arms and core : )

    I'm in for December. My goal is 12 hours of exercise for the month and doing ab work every week. I'd love to lose another size by the new year : )
