Coke was my thing.... I love coca cola but I decided to completely give it up and like you I dealt with the headaches... They were horrible migraines for about 3-4 days but I guess my body finally detoxed and all better now!!! I eventually even lost the hunger pains too.. Surgery June 24 I week left!!!! Your headache is from detoxing your body from the carbs and sugar you are absolutely right about that... It gets a little better I don't know what kind of protein shakes your drinking, but costco has the premiere protein kind they have 30 grams of protein and they are better than any others I've tasted.. Good luck and I hope it gets better I have surgery on the 24th so getting nervous!!!

So I went and met with the nurse Bariatric coordinator and he's telling me that I can eat tuna, chicken, and fish... But my nutritionist said liquid only.. I am so confused now... and I don't want to mess this up... He did explain that only so much fat and so many carbs and at Least 70+ in protein.. This nurse works very close with my surgeon what should I do?!? Surgery is June 24th!!

I'm with you on this... My date is also June 24th... Started my diet yesterday and have been starving... What type of diet are you on?!?

Day one of my complete protein liquid diet.. Starving but I gotta keep my eye on the prize a new sexier me!

I've been open with my job.. The company I work for is all about health... So there's been Agee people who've had this procedure but if your not comfortable with them knowing.... Just wow them!!!

This process gas been long, since January but it has been worth it... 16 days till I'm sleeved I'm starting my liquid duet Sunday not looking forward to that.. But I know it's necessary!

I'm planning on taking a week, but I took 2 weeks off work so we will see!!! June 24th is my sleeve day!!!!

I just basically told my 13 and 14 year olds that, I was doing this so I can be healthy and because I want to see them grow up and see any grand babies they give me.. Also my oldest is over weight and I told him I don't want him to go down this road.. So he is now motivated to go to the gym with me he has like 50 pounds to loose.. So it will be good... My youngest is my sweetheart and they opened a new Indoor Sky diving place here, and he has been waiting for them to finish it.. Well he know wants to wait so I can go and do it with him!!!
