I was sleeved may 22nd and still don't have An appetite, which also means I can't tell when I'm full
-
I can't have it because I am allergic to artificial sweeteners, but my mom uses Splenda brown sugar. You can find it at about any grocery store next to Splenda. It comes in a bag instead of mini packets.

I ordered fish yesterday and the portion will last me 5 meals. I don't even think I can eat it before it goes bad. I just want a healthy kids meal!

I just got off liquids yesterday. I had it for two days. At first it was hard but then it got easier. I chewed ice non stop, because I just needed to chew something. I was allowed Decaf coffee/tea. broth, Protein Shakes, sf Jello, and sf Popsicles. I say change up your flavors and chew ice or jello it'll get better!!

I just started having solid food yesterday and its definitely weird. I'm still not really hungry so I'm not sure when I'm full either. I have relied on my hiccups. As soon as I have one I'm done. Anyone else have this problem. I'm 15 days post op

My nutrionalist suggested celebrates multi-Vitamin, but I gag, get real flushed, and feel like I'm going to throw up for about 15 minutes after taking it. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good bariatric Multivitamin?
Ps. It's a chewable so I'm not sick by the size of the pill.

I am two weeks post op and just up to 64 oz a day. That is all my doctors want me at. Of course when it is hot I drink more. For me it took a weeks before I could even do 8 oz an hour. I don't know what your doctor says though. For me I drank everything with super tiny sips so I wouldn't have pressure in my new sleeve

2 weeks post as of today. I am down 17 lbs and already have met 15% of body fat loss, which my Doctor didn't expect until 6 weeks out.

Good luck on your surgery. I'm pear shaped and 5'3 but I'm only 2 weeks post op. I didn't have to do liquids before surgery, but I had two weeks of liquids following surgery. Today I get instructions for my next step. I will say in 14 days I've lost 17 lbs. so just follow instructions and you will do great!!

I use syntha-6 and it is so delicious!!! I get chocolate and use like 5 ice cubes and 1 cup fat free milk. It tastes like a chocolate milkshake!!
-
Your lucky you get cottage cheese, applesauce, and mashed potatoes on your post op full liquids. My liquids are Water, Protein Shakes, milk, Decaf tea or coffee, and Soup broths. I can have sugar free Jello but I am
Allergic to sugar substitutes. I can't wait until I can have cottage cheese, applesauce, and mashed potatoes. I am 12 days post op

It's not about losing if fast and 60 lbs is huge!! You should be so proud!!! I just had surgery the 22nd of may, so I am still early in the process. I hope I lose 60 lbs by month 6! I think that's fantastic!!

I love chocolate syntha-6 it tastes just like a chocolate milkshake. Since I have been sleeved (the 22nd) I have been having Celebrate Protein +ens my dietician was really into it, because it includes your daily Vitamins, so you do not need to take your bariatric vitamins when you have a shad.

Wow everyone is doing awesome. I assume I'm in the slow loser category too since I'm down 17 lbs. I've already lost 15% of my body fat which they didn't expect until the 6th week out. I'm still super happy with my results.
How much did you guys weigh at surgery?
