I'm reading your post and I feel like your second paragraph is about me. I decided to have surgery for my children and because I'm tired to be the person taking the picture or standing in the back. BTW....I really like how your nutritionist compares food struggles with an abusive relationship. Good luck and keep us posted! Lucy
