Just my opinion but check to see if you have a planet fitness in your area, its 10.00 a month and a fee in june its a cheap way to see if you can hang with it; which im sure you can

Have anyone heard of leslie sandstone walk at home program its good i walk in my living room. No need to get dressed or go out the house to do it. I brought it from QVC awhile back but i believe Walmart has it as well. My set starts from a easy one mile up to four miles!

yes i had to get mine unfilled before hand for about a month. i also only had one surgery.

Girl I know how you feel that is why i did not tell anyone im single with grown kids and my daughter would haved a field day with me taking the easy way out......its nothing easy about it! going up and down a flight of steps pretty much done me in let alone going to the gym. Im on meds for blood pressure diabetes......and everthing else....do your thang girl im keepng to myself. its a shame i have to though

sorry to hear that wordy, i had thast same concern i did have the band but was ok to go through the one surgery. Just know that it is for your safety but i do understand the disappointment of not having it done the first time.

I had my surgery on the 3rd how is everyone doing im fine just a little sore.

Judy they were all good....im looking forward to when i look in the back seat of the car from the front seat not having a muscle spasm in my sides afterward.

Hopefully i will be sleeved tomorrow i have a band now(lapband) my dr said that its a possibility that when removes my band that i may have to wait 3 months if my band area swells up. ( I mean the area around my band) OMG i dont want that to happen to go through all of this again! Im single and its hard getting a ride to the hospital because everyone i know works sorry im going on and on because im nervous .....good luck everyone and god's speed!
