I'm 11 says out and am now on yogurt, pudding, eggs, Peanut Butter and cheese. I just take it slow and let everything melt in my mouth haha But I've had no trouble at all with any food Sent from my iPhone using VST -

My stomach was swollen like that till day 6. Then went down. It's from the air and trauma from surgery. I know you feel full but make sure you get water and protein first of all. Sent from my iPhone using VST -
I am a week out today!!!! I stayed 2 nights in the hospital and have felt great since I have been home. Getting fluids in and protein, but when I get up and take a shower, do my hair and makeup I am shaky and weak after. Is it normal to still feel weak a week post op? I need to get my strength back so I can head back to work in a week.

My Dr said the Sunkist liquid protein is the best. Grape, orange and fruit flavor. 25 grams of protein in 2.9 oz tubes -

I'm a newbie to this forum. Having my surgery Thurs. May 23, and super excited!!! Has anyone had the surgery and been on Bioidentical horomones??
