I was so excited about this surgery! I had it on Wednesday and I've been in pain and miserable since!! I'm totally doubting my decision now!! Is this normal? I am getting my fluids down really well! I'm wondering, could I be going through a food mourning of some type? Being that it was such a huge comfort in my life and now I can't eat anything and will never be able to pig out again!!! It will be a good thing I know, but has anyone else had this feeling of regret right after??!!

I'm 3 days post op! Can you tell me what some of you did for full liquids? I have a list but I love getting other ideas! I'm doing well today! Had a couple of rough days, but I feel so much better at home! On the road to recovery now! Thanks ahead for your suggestions!

Started my 2 week liquid diet today! So far so good, but I did have some caffeine today! I'm going to wean off of it, but giving up food AND caffeine in the same day? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh haha

Trying to prepare myself mentally!! I can do this, I can do this, I can do this!! Haha

Pre-op appointment done!! Had to buy 2 weeks worth of shakes from the Dr. $200!!!!! Yikes! Oh well, they are expensive no matter what!

Hi!! I was approved and my surgery is June 25th!! Igbo and see Dr. Ing and Michelle tomorrow for my pre-op and shake appt! Can't believe it's getting so close! Keep my posters! Good Luck!
