  8. You take longer to heal from the inside than from the outside. Just think of your pouch like a baby. You wouldn't feed certain things to a baby. Good luck and you can do this!

  20. I haven't seen the bacon bowls. I'm surprised I haven't because I usually don't sleep in and there's nothing on tv at 4 am other than infomercials. Lol. I see my nutritionist on Monday. I've only lost a few pounds these past 2 weeks but I have noticed the inches coming off. I can feel my forearm bone now. I can also wear the small bracelet for my fitbit flex. Yay! It made me feel good when I realized that today. I thought about selling the small bracelet on eBay when I first bought it because I thought I would never wear it. Good luck with your appointment Thursday! : ) I am down 34 pounds. I have a NSV!!! I am wearing my hubbys shorts! He is a stick and they are absolutely comfortable! I am so surprised that I am doing so well.
  21. Has anyone saw the infomercial for bacon bowls? I was wondering I it worked with turkey bacon. Pack it with lettuce and tomato and have a blt without the bread or guilt. I cannot wait to start introduce solids back in and change it for the better. I also have my first appointment Thursday and I am very excited. Never thought that I would e excited to go see someone that is going I tell me what I can an cannot eat. How is everyone doing! How is the weight loss?!
  22. Girl I will be here for you! There is so much support here and it makes me thankful for the friends that I have made.
  23. My surgeon is 3 hours away and I am going to make an effort to find some friends. I do have support but it's just hard without having anybody here with me.
  24. Sorry to hear you are going through this alone. Can some of your family come to you? It has to be tough going through this while your husband is deployed. It's stressful enough with the deployment. Will he be home soon? Have you checked on the forum to see if there are people here that may be close to you? Or maybe a support group for military wives? I can't imagine what you are going through. My husband was deployed for 9 months a few years ago and it took some getting use to. Take care of yourself and come in here and vent all you want. We will listen. : ) He can't tell me when he gets to come home. It's soon though. My family is planning on coming out in a few weeks but I am going crazy. I am using him as my motivation. He is the reason why I want to get healthy
