  1. So I am brand new to the site, but I think that it is a great resource for people before and after surgery to find information, inspiration and motivation.

    I feel like I tend to think about what my future could hold too much, and forget that in order to get to that future, a healthy future I have to take action today. So I need to think a little less about what I might be or look like in a year and work toward a healthier me tomorrow!
