21 y/o first time mom 7 months post op
I am not using a doctor/ob, I am in the process of trying to find a midwife. As for the head hunger, I had a lot of that at the end of the summer. My belly growls, out of hunger. If I go too long I get nauseous. I saw my pcp but I recently got married and moved over 1.5 hours away.

21 y/o first time mom 7 months post op
Hi everyone I am only 5+1 weeks pregnant, but I would love to get information from other women who have been where I am. I am extremely nervous about gaining a lot of weight, it doesn't help that I feel like I am eating too much. Just 2 weeks ago I was only about to eat barely one slice of homemade pizza, last week I ate 3! 1/3 of a chicken breast, to 1.5 breasts. Thanks, Kelsey

hungry?
Today I'm 4 weeks post-op. Still no Protein drinks. But I'm eating food... I can basically eat anything except breads... although I've noticed that I get bad reflux with Hamburg meat. So I try to stay away from that

hungry?
My nut took me off the protein shakes. So I'm to drink 4 bottles of g2, because I was super dehydrated.

hungry?
Hey everyone in 1 week post-op, I've posted before about my Protein shakes making me sick. So I obviously haven't been getting any real protein. But have any of you been hungry? I'm like starving and I want some chicken. Or turkey. I'm like going crazy.

protein drinks, and sleeping on my belly
I am 7 days post-op and having some issues with the Protein drinks. I'm already on my third brand and while it tastes good and goes down with out really settling weird like the others, after 10 minutes it hurts, and makes me feel nasty. Any suggestions? Also, when can I sleep on my belly again?

another sex question
I'm like going crazy trying to hold off till day 7post-op. But everything in me is like a cat in heat. I see a really attractive man and it's all I can do to not try to jump his bones. My man is just waiting for the all clear poor guy. It's crazy.

In Search of the One: Mentor Addition
94 pounds? Go you!! I have lost only 27 including pre-OP diet...and have 50 to got before in the goal range. I set my range at 130-150, it's a large range but realistic. I think...I didn't want to set my self up for disappointment. I was hoping to loose it all in 6 months, but even if it takes a year. Main goal: be healthier

In Search of the One: Mentor Addition
Hey everyone, I am 20 years old and 4 days post-op. I would really like to find a mentor or buddy to help be there for me. I do have family support, but it's nothing like having a peer who went through the same surgery to have my back.

difficulty drinking
So I saw my PA today. She's worried about the practically non-existant protein intake. So she is making me try 3 different types of protein over the next 5 days and if they don't make me feel any better then I have to call the office and talk with the NUT.

Mirena IUD vs. Birth control pills

may 20th here!
Anyone else here have it this past Monday? For people who's surgery is coming up, I'm in barely any pain...since the time I woke up after surgery. I take pain meds like 2 times a day when I can take it every 3 hours. All there really is is soreness. Jello is my new best friend

difficulty drinking
I'm 4 days post-OP and my intake goal is 40-48oz... It's so hard forcing myself to drink anything. The Protein shake feels nasty when it settles in my tummy. It's like throwing a rock down a well. Yesterday I got down 34.1oz before I couldn't do it any more. And today I feel hyper sensitive and nauseous. Had this happened to anyone else?

Birth control
I've been on the NuvaRing since I was 15. I absolutely LOVE it!

Mirena IUD vs. Birth control pills
I'm anti-iud, every one close and not so close to me have had really horrible side effects. I think the pills are super unreliable, but implanon(the implant) I haven't heard many negative things about it besides soreness after insertation and removal. And the patch The BC that I absolutely love is the NuvaRing. It's what I have been using since I was 15, due to possibly having pcos. I've had weight gain, but it was due to my thyroid and thyroid treatment. You put it in for 3 weeks and take it out for one week. Two weeks ago I had to take mine out but I bled for 8 days straight. Made me remember how it was when I was younger. Because my usual bleeding cycle is now two days when I use the ring.

another sex question
I saw the thread that's going on now, but I had a question. What are safe positions for me and my partner? I'm going to wait until I'm 7 days post-OP, but the first day in post-op I was already super horny... (p.s. What does NVS mean?)

would love a sleeve Buddy
I'm 20 years old. Go in with a positive attitude, you come out with a positive attitude. I also prayed a lot before surgery. Helps keep me calm knowing God has my back lol

Finally on top~ and loving it!
That's one thing I hope I'll be able to do once I loose my weight. Congrats though!

I would do this surgery all over again, there was nearly no pain!
