My pcp nor surgeon won't prescribe it either [emoji53] I get it from a clinic and more expensive for a few pills.

I tried flavored seltzer Water and crystal light. " This was me at 3 months, now Im 3 years out and met goal. I rarely drink any now and made it a point to try to stop once I healed more. But like i said in the beginning it helped me in a weird way ???? everyone is different.

P.s I always like your posts and comments, they have helped with this journey! I come back to this forum for insight, motivation, and suggestions especially when things get hard. The weight loss community on instagram has helped too. I have gotten recipes, learned about different products people are using and the visuals really help. Well for me, I can eat more and do feel hunger. I am still a food addict. Also, started snacking on foods that I "missed" and couldn't eat in the beginning. Having cravings. Now the real work begins, maintenance for the rest of my life and figuring out what works best for me. The struggle is real, but I tell people it's been hard work but totally worth it!

help! does anyone know of a plastic surgeon in florida preferably south florida that has done both the panni and tummy tuck using insurance? (and u liked the results)

haha i understand. i will def look into it. if it wasn't for me pushing and listening to the lady at the surgeons office i would still be here waiting for my sleeve. she said they would deny it. i said just submit what i have! and surprise! her know-it-all ass was wrong.

Ok. what did you use to submit? Aren't there specific forms that have to come from a doctor?

Thanks for the response. I tried UM among others. The doctors I've seen will only put in for the panni. I know my insurance will cover that. Im looking for someone that will submit both. They aren't that familiar because they swear I won't even get approved for panni. I know it will from going to other doctors and talking to insurance company.

i have the same issue. none of my doctors will give me the phentermine to get back on track either. ???? wellbutrin doesn't stop it for me. i try energy drinks. not too much otc stimulants though because they make me crash. sometimes Vitamins help. b-complex. b-12. i had to take Iron pills because i was anemic a couple months back. weird that kind of helped a little because they upset my stomach so i was less likely to binge. trial-and-error, one day at a time with maintenance and trying not to get on a binge kick. ive gotten phen from a weight loss clinic before but it was expensive so it is a once in a blue moon thing. good luck.

(they get confused so me or hubby have to explain we're sharing) there are other peeves but i will leave u all with those. im not always a smartass or mean. sometimes i just smile or something and keep it moving ???? im starting to tell ppl (since my mom finally knows i had surgery) especially the ones that have had the same weight struggle and i explain it to them. i tell them, it was hard but it was worth it!
